Are you fluent in French and English and looking for your next career opportunity or recently finished studying?

We are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Support and Technical Support positions with international companies. Depending on the role, you can work fully remotely, in a hybrid model, or on-site in Budapest or Debrecen.

All positions offer standard business hours (Monday–Friday), providing a great work-life balance while giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment and support customers across various products and services.

Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
Assist customers with product, service, and order-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Troubleshoot technical issues, including connectivity, setup, software/firmware updates, device configuration, charging, and compatibility questions.
Guide customers through installation, configuration, and basic technical troubleshooting steps.
Handle warranty claims, repair requests, product replacements, and service-related processes.
Respond to customer complaints with empathy and professionalism while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and company policies in all customer interactions.
